You know, regular teenage human things! Sure he isn't well-liked by the others onboard with him, but the Alderan fleet has never been known for their kindliness.
And then the ship blows up, and he is kidnapped by space pirates along with a big cat.
Now he gets to go to alien school to become a great space explorer, like in the many Earthen movies he'd seen before their destruction!

Izuku likes to think that she did so because she trusts him to be by himself in the house and that they need the extra money, but he knows deep down that his mom just wants to avoid him. It’s been that way since the day he developed his quirk.
