Summary
In 2161, Villains rule Japan - Shigaraki Tomura in the South and his co-leader Analyst in the North. What few Heroes remain are in hiding, planning one last desperate attack. Two teams were to strike simultaneously against the Villain leaders in hope of ending their ironclad rule and avenging the fallen.
However, the information provided to the Heroes was wrong, and those meant to face Shigaraki instead went to Analyst. Clashing opinions to escape and regroup or to stay and fight lead to a mixing of Quirks. As Rewind and Warp Gate combine, the four individuals present were sent back to before the war began.Finding himself on a rooftop, in a body too small to make sense for his age, with a clear sky overhead, Izuku immediately knew that he was no longer in the time he was meant to be. Rather, he was in the time of a tipping point - where he knew that any decision he made would have lasting consequences. Last time, he joined the Villains and later became co-leader of the Paranormal Liberation Front. This time… Izuku wants to know what would have happened if he tried to be a Hero.

Summary
Izuku has always been quirkless even with this quirk that was given too him and he knows that. Nothing will ever change that he was born quirkless. he's quirkless so he's a bit different from normal people. His nails grow a little longer, sharper, then everybody but it's not a quirk plus hi mom is so nice to clip them down. He could hurt someone with them if he's not careful.
He has two scares running down his back and the fact he has no toes, people always points that out. it was an accident that happened when he was born and always had them. He would love for you never to bring that up again his mother thinks it's her fault he got hurt so young.
Little quirkless Deku somehow got a quirk from All might then he'd live his life as the mans successor, basically jut a copy of the man but different colors. This changes with Izuku taking the hit of a stray quirk aimed at his sensei in the USJ. He doesn't know what's happening or why he got these wings on his back now. He just wants to crawl up in his bed ̶N̶e̶s̶t̶ ̶i̶t̶s̶ ̶h̶i̶s̶ ̶n̶e̶s̶t̶ and go to sleep. He wants his parents H̶e̶ ̶h̶a̶s̶ ̶n̶o̶ ̶s̶i̶r̶e̶ ̶h̶e̶ ̶n̶e̶e̶d̶s̶ ̶a̶ ̶s̶i̶r̶e̶ ̶

Izuku grew up quirkless and bullied his entire life until he found himself barely hanging on by a thread. He wanted to give up, but he wanted to be a hero even more. He wanted to hate the world the way villains did, but he just didn't have it in him.
That attitude apparently inspired the angels of heaven who were scouting for a new god. Now blessed with the power to do literally anything he puts his mind to, Izuku starts his journey to become the world's greatest hero. If only it wasn't so hard to hide his powers or deal with the moral dilemmas and mental breakdowns that came with his new title.
And just who is this mysterious evil lurking behind the scenes? Surely they pose no threat to a god, right?

Summary

It is deeply ironic that he had to die in order to get a quirk.
Being reborn as a humanoid phoenix was certainly not a part of the plan, but with Keigo and a merry band of mentors and friends backing him up, Izuku is going to reclaim a dream long scorned by society and his peers as impossible, and burn his mark into history as one of the greatest heroes to ever live.

The worst part of waking up in your fourteen year old self, five years after you were fourteen, is not knowing how it happened or why. Still, there are always worse outcomes to waking up, like not waking up at all.
Thrown back in time with no knowledge of how it happened, Midoriya Izuku refuses to waste an opportunity to rewrite a future he never wanted to experience again. Sure, the next one could be just as bad, but in this case the devil he knows is not and never will be better.
And if he figures out exactly what happened along the way, that would be just great.

Eri sitting in papa’s lap, Keigo’s arm curled around his wife’s and his other around his daughter’s waist, Sho sitting on the floor in front of his mom leaning back against her knees, Izuku hugging Hahaoya’s other arm tightly, and Hitoshi leaning over his dad’s shoulder as the man holds his phone out to snap a photo of the moment.
It’s the photo they put on the top of the family album they’ve been making since the very first night they brought Hitoshi home, adding Sho, then Zuzu, and finally their little Eri until it was complete.
