Arthur draws himself up to his full height, aghast.
“You,” he says. “Are the strangest, most repulsive hatchling I have ever met, and I should like nothing more than to escape your company immediately.”

The kid snorts, “what, do you work in R&D at your own company?” When Tony just gives him a blank look he clears his throat, “nevermind. So if you can build a missile I bet you can figure out a way to get us out of here.”
Tony sighs, turning his face away. He’s so tired. “I can’t build them that weapon, kid.”
Now it’s the kid’s turn to look confused. “Then build something else,” he says simply.

Summary
Izuku Midoriya was used to being called ‘useless’.
But, according to Overhaul, he is very useful.
Being kidnapped by a villain who believes quirks are a plague, Izuku is turned into the key asset in Overhaul’s sick experiments to ‘cure’ society. Overhaul sees him only as a tool, excusing the child before him. Only something to be torn apart and put back together until its purpose is complete.
Aizawa is not going to give up on this kid even if it’s the death of him.
Or;
What if Overhaul figured out his twisted ambitions a little too early? What would he have done without Eri’s quirk manifested to rely on? What is his backup plan? Ah yes, kidnap and make a lab rat out of a quirkless kid.
