Post reunion where all is calm, all except for the every busy Izzy. Where the tension in his shoulders and irritation in his eyes never seem to soften. Except one day Roach accidently buys catnip when The Revenge reached harbor instead of oregano and in turn (catboy) Izzy gets high off his rocker while he ate his dinner in secret in Stede's library. Izzy knew that the captains should be gone all night along side the crew, they always are when they reach land. At least that is what he thought as reassurance as he indulged in his spiked dinner.

You know Ford is an experienced outdoorsman and he’d probably be able to find his way around here blindfolded and hogtied. If you have to go out in risky weather with anyone, he's undoubtedly going to be your best bet.
With the stride of a uniquely confident man, Ford steps out into the evening air with a sharp breath inward and a contented sigh, taking in the awaiting scent of petrichor. He holds the door open for you with one hand and gestures for you to follow with the other, offering you a rakish grin.
“Shall we?”
And when he smiles at you like that, what choice do you have?
