She steps back into the center of the storm to assemble the Veilguard, manage the remnants of the Inquisition, and hold together a world unraveling under the return of the Evanuris. Using her lingering connection to Solas, she works to unite fractured factions against ancient gods—caught between love that never truly faded and the knowledge that Solas can never again be trusted completely.
Meanwhile, Solas finds himself trapped, stripped of control, and forced into an uneasy intimacy with the woman he once left behind. Through fractured dreamscapes and half-remembered truths, he begins to show Ellana things he could never have given her a decade ago—until an unseen enemy starts to claw its way into his prison, seeking vengeance for ancient wrongs and threatening to twist even the Fade itself.
