Obviously, professional medical help should be sought after ingesting poisonous substances.
Obviously, severe health conditions require treatment.
It's amazing, really, what people can overlook. Sometimes it takes a mad scientist with a body-swap gun to make people pay attention to something obvious.
Obviously, now that the Vongola Tenth Generation knows exactly what's going on with their Storm, Hayato isn't going to be allowed to escape medical attention anymore.
(Despite all the needless hysterics from... absolutely everyone he knows, at least Hayato managed to get laid thanks to the shenanigans.)

Summary
This story picks up near the end of the rottmnt movie. The brothers, having successfully rescued Leonardo from the Krang Prison Dimension, find that their work isn't over yet. Yes, they saved the world. They changed the future. They even got Leo back to New York. But even Heroes can get hurt, and having won doesn't mean you didn't lose something.
The mostly falls into the genres of hurt/comfort and medical drama, at least for now. It's not shy with depictions of battle injuries, blood/gore, pain, the potential loss of a sibling, panic attacks, meltdowns, and a lot of grief. It also includes Draxum trying to be a good dad, Casey being extremely competent in emergencies, and eventually April's mom getting involved.
So, if medical drama interspersed with many sweet family moments sounds up your alley, then I invite you to keep reading!

They do have some connections to each other, which I might explain eventually, but for now, you can start reading at any point and you won't miss out on anything. Separate stories in separate universes, all with the premise of Leo, staying in the Prison Dimension one way or another --then being found, again.
