Summary
After five years of a miserable, fruitless marriage to a woman he hates Stolas simply cannot stomach another night of trying for a child that just won't come. There are more important things afoot, a bewildering prophecy foretelling something terrible happening within his family and yet no one will take him seriously, instead fixating on his producing an heir as if it were the only thing he was good for.
Five years after the fire that took everything from him Blitzø is alone, broke and desperate. Being a brand new assassin in Hell is way harder than he'd anticipated and the fear of becoming homeless again is enough to make him consider doing anything, no matter how demeaning. Even being a servant for those stuck up, pretentious assholes, the Ars Goetia. That is, until a contract arrives at his door with a price tag that changes everything. Suddenly being a servant doesn't seem so bad when it puts you close to one of the most expensive targets in Hell. He'd get that damn owl or die trying.Slow burn enemies to lovers romance set five years after the circus fire with cover art. Most teenagers couldn’t wait for their 18th birthday, because for most teenagers it symbolized a time when you truly gained your independence and had the freedom to do what you wanted when you wanted.
For Stolas, turning 18 felt like the exact opposite.
“What if you married someone terrible? Like… someone super embarrassing, or whatever… that even if your Dad made you get a divorce no one wanted to marry you because of how terrible they were?” Blitzø asked.
Stolas stared at him for a long while before answering. “I am marrying someone terrible and embarrassing. Her name is Stella.”
“No, Stols.. what I’m saying is what if you married someone like an imp? Wouldn’t that be enough to make them not want you anymore? Matter of fact, make it a dude, just to really drive it home to the other Geotia that you’re totally unhinged.”

Or; Stolas and Blitzø remained friends after meeting as children, and Blitzø has the brilliant plan for them to get married to tarnish the Prince's reputation so that no other Goetia will want to marry him. And for absolutely NO other reason, or ulterior motive. At all.

Summary
25 years ago, Blitzø Buckzo spent a week in Hell, after his father mercilessly sold him to a demon king as a plaything for his son, the demon prince Stolas of the Ars Goetia. But, surprisingly, Blitzø had a pretty good time while he was there!
But what is even the point of being childhood friends with an actual demon prince, if you can't use that connection to launch a convoluted money making scheme based off the information shitty dead people took with them down to Hell (with a little assassination sprinkled in for funsies)?
There's literally no other point! Or, at least, that's what Blitzø tells himself when he decides to do exactly that.
So one Halloween, with the help of his employees, Blitzø summons that same demon prince who refused to kill him and became his friend instead all those years ago. But it turns out there's a high, high price, that only Blitzø can pay, for the help of a demon of such limitless power. And that price is…

Summary
Hell is Hell. The place was practically built around suffering but that doesn't mean everyone living there suffers equally; some people clearly have it better than others.
Blitzø is a whore. Not just in the sense that he's promiscuous as hell, but literally. Alone after the fire that killed his family and with fucked up moral obligations that mean he has to keep working no matter what, the imp has gotta do whatever shit he can to keep that money coming in. At least, until someone unexpected shows up to throw his life into chaos.
Prince Stolas dreads his impending arranged marriage. Bound by duty and familial expectations, his future is fixed and no matter how much he might resent it, there is no escaping the gilded chains he was born to wear.
Tensions are growing between the demon elite and Hell's increasingly bitter underclass and in a world of constitutionalised abuse and blatant classism, change is brewing. The pair stand on either side of a rapidly growing schism between the ‘haves’, and the ‘have nots’ and soon they will have to face the fact that, no matter how attracted to someone you might be, some people will always be the fucking enemy.More details in the notes.

“Fuck, you took that like a champ,” a voice crowed from the open window. “Hurry up, get your ass in the van.”
Stolas looked up to see an imp sitting in the driver's seat. The first thing Stolas noticed about him was that he was devastatingly hot. His tight black t-shirt showed off his broad chest, and Stolas found his brain taking too long to understand the words the imp had said.
“Hello? Did you get water in your fucking ears?” the imp asked. “Get in the van. You are a hitchhiker, aren't you?”
Hitchhiker. Yes. He supposed he was.
