Summary
As he walked the streets, the hood of his cloak mostly obscuring his face and hair, Geralt acquired an edge. He did not understand the sudden scorn, but he put his best foot forward, moving to push past it and this crowd. A staggeringly caustic scent caught Geralt's attention. It was subtle enough that only a witcher would pick up on it. But not just any witcher; it was a scent that only Geralt would know. It was bittersweet and had overwhelmingly familiar base notes. The horrible stench brought panic to his chest as he recognized the underlying accords of petrichor and parchment, drenched in pain.
Jaskier.
