But with the names Jane and Lily out there and their apparent 'very recognizable talking patterns' it took the internet 0.5 seconds to find them. And now Shane and Ilya have to deal with their friends publicly reacting to things they thought would forever remain anonymous.
Surprising everyone, Ilya is the one suffering the most.

Scott shifted. “They are both men, Hayden” he said very formally. Hayden suddenly felt like his dad was lecturing him.

Yuna frowned, the deep, accented voice catching her off guard. Before she could piece together where she recognized the voice from, though, she saw Ilya Rozanov walking through her son’s apartment. He was barefoot, his hair slightly damp and his clothes casual. Sweatpants and a white T-shirt that clung to him after a shower.
From the kitchen, David heard his sons’ voice ring out, too. “What do you mean partially?” Shane responded, gesturing at his phone as Ilya showed him something on it. “That’s exactly what I told you.”
