Summary
The bond between rider and dragon is a greatly unknown bond that many hazard guesses and theories about. Not even riders themselves understand them. But it is always there, always lingering and reaching out. Rhaenyra is sure that Grey Ghost is trying to reach out to Mysaria, that the dragon wants to be claimed by her. She knows this better then anyone as she wishes for the same. Yet much to both her and Grey Ghost's displeasure, Mysaria seems less then willing to risk everything to engage in the bond between them, for now.

A/N: This fic is an earlier work that no longer reflects my current standards for my writing. Hence, I plan to undertake a full revision when time permits. So if you read this, be prepared for it to feel somewhat clunky and stylistically uneven until then. (3/5 chapters revised atm)
