Summary
Parrot was a stubborn king.
He had always been stubborn enough to believe he could fix everything. The tragedy was that a part of him still believed it, even at the end. Even as he screamed for everyone to run, to take shelter, to evacuate, to save themselves because he no longer could—Parrot still tried to believe he could fix this.
The battlefield went quiet, and the world felt like it was holding its breath. Parrot realized why when he looked up.
It was a really beautiful sky. He really wished to see it again someday.
