Summary
Dream, having just escaped the prison, desperately seeks shelter away from the SMP. When he’s taken in by Technoblade's wolves, he realises the only way for him to stay safe is to become one of Techno's pets. After all, Technoblade would never let his pets die.
(Dream sees himself as less than a person and Techno has a hard time convincing his friend that he's a person and not a pet— or a monster.)

“What's your idea then?” he asked.
“Well, don’t laugh, I talked to Puffy, since she opened her clinic.” Sapnap started to unfold the paper, the edges a bit crinkled from being abused in his pocket.
“And she said it sounded like we might have fallen out of love. Now, I am still absolutely head of heels for you both.” he put a hand on his chest, right over his heart “But maybe she’s right. So I wanna do this exercise she gave me.”
“I don't think fitness is gonna fix anything.” Karl mumbled and turned the page of his menu.“Not that kind of exercise” Quackity mumbled back.
He turned his head to Sapnap “What kind of exercise is it?”
Sapnap’s cheeks turned a bit red as he showed them the paper. It was a list of questions written down in a messy handwriting that could only belong to Sapnap. “Please don’t laugh,'' he said.
On the top of the paper it read ‘36 Questions to fall in love’.

“Sam.” Tommy leaned against the counter of the coffee shop, staring Sam straight in the eyes. “I’ve been thinking.”
“Alright,” Sam replied. He smiled, looking so much more easy going than he used to. “What about?”
Tommy bit the inside of his cheek. “If you were solely in charge of imprisoning the most dangerous man in the country, what would you do?”
Sam’s smile slid off of his face, and his brows scrunched up in concentration. “That’s a hard one,” he admitted. “I’d probably do everything within my power to make sure he didn’t escape. If he’s the most dangerous.”
“Yeah,” Tommy said hollowly. “I guess you would.”
Or, after Dream kills Tommy after he escapes prison, Tommy finds himself in a modern universe, fostered by sbi.
