Summary
Fourteen years old isn't much of a big deal to most people. But at fourteen, Motoya thinks he's found one, if not both of his soulmates in Inarizaki High. At fourteen, Kiyoomi meets Miya Atsumu and is left thinking of the way Atsumu had beamed at him under the fluorescent stadium lights.
There's a stinging in his chest that he desperately represses far, far down, because for all of Atsumu's grins and eyes that seem to shine, Kiyoomi knows he isn't even a star in Miya Atsumu's entire orbit.
In this world, a tattoo appears imprinted on your wrist on your 12th birthday. "Then go get 'em!" Atsumu fired back.
"I CAN'T, THERE'S A FUCKING FIRE IN THERE!"
"How about you, Kuroo? Where's your phone?"
"Iwaizumi said he needed it!" Kuroo stammered. He turned to the trainer, "Where's my phone?!"
Iwaizumi shrugged, "I lost it."
"You WHAT."
Kageyama murmured, "I think it came from the window."
"No!" Iwaizumi directed, "You don't know that! The smoke could be coming from an air duct!"
"There's an air duct in the locker room?!"
"How else are we supposed to breathe, dumbass!"
"That's not how it works!" Yaku exclaimed, "Oh god. We're gonna die.

It would be Osamu who would have to hunt Sakusa Kiyoomi down and make him regret ever looking at Miya Atsumu.
So no, this was not for Atsumu's sake. Not at all.
