Summary
Izuku stood on the rooftop.
It had been the site of his most vivid memory:
“Toshinori⸻ no⸻ All Might,” Izuku gripped his backpack’s yellow straps tight, “even if I don’t have a quirk, can I become a hero?”
Izuku remembered tired words:
“The Symbol of Peace cannot be daunted by evil. Pros are always risking their lives. I cannot simply say, ‘You can be a hero even without power,'" ⸻ a twinge of sympathy.
"If you want to help others, then you could also become a police officer. But you also have to consider what’s realistic, young man.”
Izuku opened his eyes and sucked in a breath.
Toshinori's eyes had flashed with surprise when Izuku had thrust him over the building’s ledge.
It was from this very rooftop Izuku had thrown his idol.
It was from this very rooftop Izuku felt One for All rush to his fingertips.

"Only villains," gasped Izuku, defiantly staring back, "What do you want?"

Izuku sniffed and used his sleeve to wipe at the snot on his face, to Shouta’s clear disgust. “You’re… you’re really not mad?”
“Of course not, kiddo,” Hizashi reassured, while Shouta disappeared into the kitchen for tissues. “We’re a little disappointed that you didn’t tell us, but we understand. Why did you think we’d be mad?”
“My Quirk is bad, and you guys are good.”
Shouta returned and sat on the couch, using the acquired tissues to wipe the snot off of Izuku’s face. “Quirks can’t be bad, kid, only people. And you,” he poked Izuku hard in the forehead, “are not bad. You are good. Now, let me clean you up so I can ask more questions, Problem Child.”
This is such an incredibly adorable and heartwarming story. It features a fantastically cute and sad version of kid! Midoriya who explores family with Aizawa and Yamada after be rescued from his father (All for One).

Summary
With only one, small city remaining as civilization in Japan, the last of the UA heroes come together to enact their last remaining plan for success. Deku is elected as the one to be sent back in time to save the future, to stop a world overrun with Noumu and an overpowered, vengeful Shigaraki. He is, however, sent back a bit too far - 6 years too far infact.
