I don't know why I like this, but I do.
Oh wait, I do know: it's because of the lovely writing. Two chapters so far, but I like how distinct the writing is - the character voices, that people seem to be people and with their own motivations and characterisations. I like Alex's narrative voice, and how clueless he is. I like the interactions, because they seem real.
So worth reading.
