Summary
District 6's Ponyboy Curtis is reaped for the 65th annual Hunger Games.
With other tributes that seem very determined to hunt him down, and a struggling mentor, he's sure that he won't make it.
But he trusts himself to find reliable allies, anything that could possibly help postpone what he thinks is his inevitable death in the arena. He isn't sure when his allies end up being a shy-looking and quiet boy from District 12 and a seemingly untrustworthy male tribute from District 10 with a questionable past.
Yet soon enough, he is reminded that there can only be one victor.
OR
I'm bad at summaries, this is essentially a Hunger Games retelling of the Outsiders. Kind of.

Marcia looked so sincere, and of course she was, because underneath her bubbly personality and selective awkwardness, Cherry knew her to be a sweet and genuine person. Her best friend since childhood.

Alternative universe where instead of the conspiracy theories being of Paul being dead, they are of him being alive. After Paul McCartney tragically passed away after a car accident in 1966, fans couldn’t take it lightly. They didn’t believe he was really dead. The rest of the Beatles; still trying to cope with the loss of their bandmate, cannot handle all the conspiracies, trying to convince everyone he really is dead, they struggle with getting along and still making music at the same time.
