Except maybe a superhero named Superman. He, however of COURSE thought otherwise. Batman too. It’s really hard being an Arkham Asylum caretaker.
Just because y/n drank tea like an addict, didn’t mean she had no reason to drink them. Stress, politics, judging family members, evil leaders, etc. so, tea it fuckin was.
One moment, she was sitting in her apartment, trying to find a recipe for an acceptable coffee that didn’t taste like regret and donkey droppings. The next, the air turned metallic, and the colours around her went vibrant, like a printer running out of black ink.
She finds herself deposited not in a grand location like an image inspired by Wes Anderson because this was probably a trip from all the pain her heads been giving her for not sleeping long enough- ,but somewhere trashy and.. slightly familiar..? She didn’t know at this point.
“I was halfway through a good YouTube video. Seriously what the fuck, mind?”

Summary
Finding a compromise between nearly a dozen superheroes and the entirety of the United Nations was a...difficult task, to say the least. Difficult, but not impossible. But with the Accords eventually handled and the Avengers sticking together as a team, the world can remain well protected. Things are going smoothly until a string of robberies and murders comes back with ties to HYDRA, and the Avengers are thrown back into a war they'd thought was long since won.
Meanwhile, HYDRA is rebuilding itself using research stolen from Oscorp with the help of their newest threat - Asset 1562, the boy once known as Peter Parker.
But what happens when their supposed weapon meets the heroes? Things don't always go as planned when it comes to the Avengers.
