Summary
What if, two men who were convinced they were better on their own, were forced back into each other's lives, after a bad breakup during a war that stole their youth, and eventually learned that even with their mistakes, they're still worthy of love, and no one is meant to be alone.

Sirius’ eyes slid over to Remus to find him looking back, eyebrows furrowed in question. He responded by raising one shoulder in a nonchalant shrug. “Sure, yeah. We’ll make it a party.”
“See?” James said, clapping Remus on the shoulder. “Come on. Stay with us.”
Sirius waited for a reply with his eyes on his plate and his heart racing in his throat. As much as the idea of seeing Remus every day made his mouth feel impossibly dry, the idea of Remus disappearing again felt worse.
“Okay,” Remus answered quietly, his eyes fixed down on the table. “I’ll stay.”
“Brilliant,” James declared, sharing a look with Lily that was somewhere between pleased and terrified. Lily gave him a tight smile in return and took a large bite of her dinner.

Summary
Godric’s Hollow sits on a ley line, and nothing buried there ever stays hidden.
When James Potter nearly dies from complications with a congenital heart condition triggered by a surge of ancient magic, it sets five friends on a path that could either redeem or ruin them. Sirius Black, disowned heir to a dream-working dynasty, knows better than anyone what happens when magic is treated like a weapon. Remus Lupin wants out of Godric’s Hollow, even as the bruises that mar his skin insist he belongs nowhere else. Lily Evans is trying her best not to fall in love—he’s Remus’ best friend, for God’s sake. And Peter Pettigrew is already dead. Though, no one is supposed to know that yet. As they pursue Merlin through the mountains of Western Virginia, they fall apart and back together again: desire becomes desperation, and nothing is as it seems.

Summary
Remus Lupin already has more on his plate than most boys his age: a sick mother, an out-of-touch father, a man named Fat Will who's seriously scary.
Enter: Hallowcrest
He hopes for something steady, but instead finds four years of the opposite: tarot cards predicting his doom, feeding his professor an edible, a hostage situation on a posh friend’s yacht, and accidentally becoming arsonists (twice).
And that doesn't even touch the tension simmering between him and Sirius Black.
Over, and over, and over again.

Summary
3000 words. That was all. Sirius just had to get this essay down to 3000 words.
3120 words, said his psychology essay’s word count, rudely.
Fuck you, he said back to the word count.
You’re so sleep-deprived, you’re hallucinating an argument with Microsoft Word, the word count replied wittily. Also, you want to shag men.
Bollocks. The word count was right.

After realising that he’s probably at least a little bit gay, Sirius Black falls into a prolonged spell of bad luck.
This is definitely because of some big fuckoff cosmic reason completely unrelated to him, and not just because he’s a bit of a twat.
