Summary

Enid and Wednesday are assigned a room together and naturally, there is only one bed for the girls.

Anne was nearly asleep when she woke up to the sound of something banging against her window. The first few times the sound - a thin but not loud "tic" - came, she chose to ignore it. It was warm under the covers. Domino was there too, sleeping curled up close to her owner's body. Maybe it was just a tiny summer bug trying to get in.
But when the little "tic" started to become a louder and more insistent "tic", Anne decided to see what it was all about; whatever it was, if it kept getting louder and louder, it would end up breaking the windowpane. So, sleepy and with her face puffed up, Anne got up and looked out.
If she was physically capable of widening her eyes in the sleepy state she was in, Anne knew she was doing it at that instant.Or
Anne wakes up in the middle of the night after Sasha gets into a fight, and the rest of the day is just the three girlfriends dealing with the consequences :)

After a full school year Enid can’t really call it a hyperfixation. Or a simple crush really. But falling for an anti-social girl means that the two months of summer break will be enough of a strength test on these feelings to either get rid of them or solidify it as ‘love’, dooming Enid for an unrequited high school cliche.
If only Wednesday didn’t develop a sudden habit for window break-ins demanding favors.

Summary
Wednesday sucks in a breath of her own, the blood rushing into her cheeks. She just can't find any reason to stop it. Her eyes flicker up to Enid's, only to find the blonde watching her with soft blue eyes. In the clear light, Wednesday can see a sea of emotions filling her eyes and it intimidates Wednesday. She snaps her eyes away, feeling like the prey for once.
She then catches how Enid’s skin is still raised on her ribs. The scarring is quite remarkable. It's even more impressive that Enid is covered in scarring, that she willingly went through each one.

Growing up was supposed to get easier. Relationships and friendships were supposed to get easier.
No where in this equation was the Addams' family curse supposed to latch onto her and throw her life into chaos. No where was it written that this curse would not just bind her to one, but four.
She was in for a long last year at Nevermore with navigating relationships and friendships that demanded much from her and brought out aspects of herself she did not want to face.
She tried to run from being like her mother to only find herself falling under the shadow of her father in her own way.
