Summary
The world keeps spinning.
Angels preside over various aspects of Creation, so when they died it's only logical that that "thing" they preside over starts to die with them. Most important are the archangels. Justice is gone, since Gabriel is, and modern medicine and healing are also dying out.
Chuck goes back to heaven and resurrects the angels. He places the archangels in the care of the Winchesters. He and Amara run heaven. Adam Milligan deserved better so he's back too.

Summary
It's 1993. After a terrible fight with John over his depression, Veronica encounters Freddie's spirit, who sends her back in time to find a way to help John emotionally.
It's 1999. After learning that Brian has betrayed her, Anita encounters that same spirit, who sends her back in time to start over romantically with Brian.
They both find themselves locked in a haunted house with Queen in 1971, where nothing is going according to plan and each band member begins to go slightly mad as the house toys with them all psychologically.
