It was unusual for MacTavish to get leave, even more so for him to actually take it off base, the fact that this depended heavily on where one Simon Riley was stationed at the time was a realisation that MacTavish wasn't sure if he was ready to face. However with Riley away on an assignment and his mother threatening him with bodily harm, MacTavish accepts the invitation to drive down to Glasgow to be harassed by his family about his, totally non existent, crush on his lieutenant.

It appeared that as soon as the vibrant greens gave way to the ombre of orange, Hannibal was quick to slip his adulthood and enjoy the joy and whimsy that came with being Will's little boy.
