Crowley’s lips cut him off, raw and clumsy, a hand gripping the back of his neck, and he in turn reaches for strands of red, reaches for the fire that's burning him up.
“You idiot.” Murmured so close he feels the movement directly against his mouth. There's an age-old ache to those words, floating on Crowley’s breathy exhale. Another kiss, gentler than the last, more intimate. It speaks to him in an understanding beyond words. They are one and the same, closer than he's ever dared to dream. Summary
A subtle change whispers over Mitsuya's face, kaleidoscope particles rearranged with a twist. It's a slow, wary approach when he steps almost-too-close again and sinks down onto one knee in front of Chifuyu.
Helpless. Utterly and truly defenseless in the face of Mitsuya's unflappable confidence, half lidded eyes the same height as Chifuyu's crotch, measuring tape tight around his hips. No escape from the treacherous reaction of his body — and he takes a desperate leap to save himself from drowning in embarrassment:

Summary
Two of the stars kept pace with each other throughout the ebb and flow of tidal-like creation. Sharing a central space, their elliptical orbits brought them sometimes closer together, sometimes farther apart, but gravity and nuclear fusion kept them together. They moved together, tied by equilibrium.
Matter and energy cannot be destroyed— only changed.
It’s not as pithy as, “and it was very good,” the Universe thought to itself, but it’s a helluva lot more accurate.Reborn as stars, Crowley and Aziraphale exist in a godless universe... that is until humans start building their own gods.

Crowley has built a career out of his voice, carefully crafted, intimately performed, and shared with thousands of strangers in the dark.
He knows exactly how to make them feel held. How to make them feel wanted.
What he doesn’t expect is to start recognising one listener in particular.
A.Z. Fell: unfailingly polite, quietly incisive, and far too perceptive for comfort. The kind of commenter who notices every breath, every hesitation, who seems to understand not just the performance, but the person behind it.
Aziraphale, for his part, knows better than to get attached to a voice. He’s a grown man, a doctor, perfectly capable of separating fantasy from reality.
And yet, after long shifts and longer nights, it’s always that voice he turns to.
The one that feels like it’s speaking just to him.
Neither of them realise just how close they already are.
