“You’re going to be put in the public eye as one of the two newest members of the Perfect Court,” Riko continued. “You will play the part I give you. You will sit through interviews, ad campaigns, photoshoots, and whatever else I come up with. If you decide you’re not going to cooperate, you know what will happen.”
Neil didn’t have a choice either way, but he figures that if Riko is as confident in his plan to raise his new Perfect Court to stardom as he seems, he may be able to capitalize on the opportunity to be untouchable by his father. It’s a lot more difficult to make a famous person ‘disappear’ than a nobody high school student who always kept to himself.
Neil steeled himself, cognizant of the risk he was taking by going along with Riko’s plan. With a hard glare at Riko and a thousand voices in his head telling him this was a bad idea, Neil said: “Fine. I’ll do it.”
Riko’s manic smile was impossibly wide and his eyes were bright. “Perfect.”

Nathaniel Wesninski had shown up on the Coaches hotel doorstep covered in blood, leg broken. But he wasn't alone, Jean was holding up number 2, Kevin Day who was also bleeding profusely from the hand. Letting them in, the two soon joined the Foxes, abandoning their past wasn't so easy though. It never is.
After Joining the Foxes lineup, the two young men along with the coach went to recruit two twins from Millport. With a little bit of a push, the two accepted the offer, soon joining the team of Misfits.

Gotham. The city was both a save haven and a death trap for its newest arrival.
Nathaniel Wesninski’s has already run away once and it didn’t work, they dragged him and his mother back to Baltimore and then Evermore kicking and screaming, so why should they ever try again? But they did, years later, right before Nathaniel was supposed to walk onto the court as an official Raven. And where did that get them? Well Mary got burned in California. And Nathaniel? Well he’s never been to Gotham before, and it sure sounds better than some town in the middle of nowhere, Arizona. What was it called again? Millport?
Oh well, Gotham’s pretty nice besides the occasional vigilante. No one’s tried to jump him yet and this doctor has a sketchy looking job opportunity that just might be exactly what Neil Josten needs.
