Summary
Tobirama was technically a boy. Keyword being technically. He had been born a boy, that was for sure, and had stayed a boy until his fourteenth year of life, where he had attempted a sealing experiment at three in the morning, while severely sleep deprived and unable to distinguish his left from his right. Unsurprisingly, this had blown up in his face spectacularly.

"Uh uh," Izuna said offhandedly, pushing a lock of hair behind his ear, "mission-wed. To seventeen people."
"What a fortuitous yet pleasing coincidence," Tobirama Senju chuckled lowly, checking his nails, "I am also mission-wed to seventeen people."

And then, Tobirama's blade stopped litteral millimeters from Izuna's side, the Senju frozen. They both blinked owlishly, and Izuna briefly thought about attacking, but then he recognized the expression on his rival's face and, ah... The disgusted scowl could only mean one thing.

"Moon sickness strikes again," Tobirama groaned, lowering his sword and taking a step away, obviously squeezing his legs together and contracting his abdominals under his armor,"do you happen to have supplies ?"

"Tobirama-sama," Hikaku called, knocking on the office that was given to the ex-Senju, since Hashirama-sama dutifully (even through clenched teeth) told them that his younger brother is a workaholic and if he didn’t have his own place to work he will make it everyone’s problem. And, of course, the status of being a Head Omega came with its own responsibility.
"Come in," grunted the deep voice.
Hikaku slid the door open, seeing the disgruntled omega, scowling at his writing.
"Did you need something?" Tobirama asked, glaring at his beta-mate as if he was the last person he wanted to see. It might've hurt him a little. Hikaku knew he was probably his least favourite in their pack. He couldn't compete with their alpha or with his best friend-and-rival. Especially since their bond was so new.
At first, Tobirama was married to Madara as his second beta partner - a result of Uchiha-Senju peace talks. Hikaku might've been jealous since he and Madara were alpha-beta mates for ages, but having more than one beta was even usually recommended rather than frowned upon.

“My father and elders would be happy.” The thing is, they both agree to it once it is spoken out loud. Their overly intoxicated minds seem to find the suggestion perfectly reasonable. Despite the fact that they both were meant to have heirs for their own villages and they can’t exactly share whatever child they have.
It’s foolish, but he’s close enough to his heat that there is a chance it might take.
“Let’s do it. You’d be so beautiful carrying my pups,” Masato purrs in his ear, and any other time, it would repulse him but his smell and the way they talked the entire night without boring Tobirama…

Hashirama stared at him for a blank second. The daimyo's envoy stopped writing; even his stone-faced Aburame bodyguard arched her eyebrows over her darkened spectacles.
Tobirama stretched out across the table without another word to take back one of the folders Izuna had spread around him.

The daimyo is over the whole Uchiha/Senju war. They're going to become one people if they know what's good for them.
Madara hates it enough without having to marry a woman too.
