Summary
Will Byers and Jane Hopper, the hottest twins in California and now in Hawkins, both working for the family (Jonathan's small business to get money) business that now has a new site in starcourt, the biggest mall in Hawkins.
Knowing they were up to competing with some "business rivals"which started as just an stupidity; scoops ahoy with the sassiest best friends, they came up with the idea of making a little drama to become more famous and get more clients than them, they made a controversial commercial which led to Mike Wheeler and Max Mayfield to get pissed and respond.

Summary
The first time it happens, Will classifies it as a little accident.
When he wakes, the morning sun is burning through the window onto their faces, and Mike’s cursing as he stands to close the curtains, stumbling all the way.
“Scoot over,” he grumbles, voice dry, and for a second Will can’t do anything other than sigh like a lovesick idiot. It’s a second too late for Mike, because he grumbles more words Will doesn’t catch under his breath and then physically pushes Will towards the wall to lay beside him, arm over Will’s middle. A second of silence passes, then Mike sighs, only to whine: “Fuck, my head hurts.”
Will can’t help it: he breaks down laughing, much to Mike’s offense.

Mike thinks it all started the day the Byers moved into their house.
Having sold their house in Hawkins a year and a half prior and moved to California, when they came back, and the town got put in lockdown, they didn’t have a place to go.
Mike had kindly offered up their place during dinner.

The 18-month gap between s4 and s5 told from Mike's POV with minor other POV's as the story progresses. The gap has been lengthened to encapsulate more time passing. They start at 16, but by chapter 6 they're 17 1/2 with them turning 18 chapter 32/34.
