Summary
Colt’s car breaks down in the parking lot of the film set just as he’s trying to leave to go home. Luckily, one of his fellow stuntmen offers to give him a drive home.
It’s a peaceful, if awkward, drive, until suddenly it becomes a car chase. Colt thinks he can stomach it. He’s done plenty of much worse stunts and his own fair share of car chases for films.
Something about it being real causes his stomach to turn. Driver happens to quite enjoy the sight and sound of Colt so ruined.Series

Parked into a corner where he could observe most of the parking lot. He saw Lars at the check out line and he was determined to know which car he drove. He sat and watched Lars come out of the store with his plastic bags dwarfed by how fucking big he was. Driver was fixated on his size and home much bigger he was than him and how it would feel to have him pin Driver down into his nest and shove his—not the time. His eyes followed Lars whose gait is fast and sure. He still looked like he was trying to run away from their interaction. He got himself into a Toyota and drove off. Driver gave himself five minutes before driving off after him.
He needed to know where Lars lived and how far he lived from Driver or the mechanic shop he works at. He needed to know who his mate was and what he liked to do and more and moremoremore—getting carried away again.

“You look like you could just pick me up and throw me across the room.” Six is more shocked at the complete sentence than he is about the subject. But when they add under their breath, “like it’d be easy.” Six straightens his posture and crosses his arms over his chest.
“Honestly I could,” They bite on that pretty bottom lip and Six wants to tug it out from between those teeth, “but why would I get you so far away from me?”
“Psh, so you could talk to whoever else you wanted.” They say with a little roll of their eyes.
Six doesn’t like that self-deprecating talk, Six especially doesn’t like that bit of brattiness that is tempting to correct.
“And who am I talking to?” Six leans in just a bit, wanting to hear them without having to shout over the music.
They turn back and meet his eyes, flick down to his lips, and back up to his grey blue eyes. That’s it, keep those there and don’t ever look away again.
“Grace, Ryland Grace.”
