After almost 200 years of going from settlement to settlement across the country, Cooper Howard had grown accustomed to most normally off putting noises that became commonplace - screaming, wailing, gunfire, you name it. What he didn't expect, however, was the smooth, melodic tones of Bing Crosby accompanying the normal screams and gunfire that Filly was known for.
Cooper was no stranger to the few radio stations that the Wasteland had to offer, but the music there was hardly comparable to what it once was. This, however, was a perfect audio recording, and someone with a voice fit for showtime tunes was singing along merrily over the screaming and gunshots.

Soap has been through a time loop and made it out on the other side, so when Ghost dies and wakes back up where his morning started it doesn't take much to guess where this all is going. It doesn't make him any happier about it, but he does what he does best and grits his teeth and pushes through.
