Summary
Echo is still new to the Batch, and has been struggling with adjusting to life with his new squad and his new body. The Batch manages to get a few days rest on Kamino after a run of missions, and something pushes Crosshair to finally try introduce Echo into the intimate side of the squad, opening up new dynamics among the five of them. Nothing is without complications, and Echo’s unsteadiness provides some new challenges, but they will always have each other’s backs.

Summary
Echo joined the Bad Batch, and everything changed - for them, as well as for him. It had always been the four of them, and occasionally a few regs; but they'd never had another real teammate. Now they had a reg as a teammate.
And Echo? Before the Citadel, he'd been a part of a company, and despite his status as ARC, he'd been one of the younger brothers there. Now, he had four younger brothers to look after and yell at and take care of. Good thing he'd had so many older brothers to teach him how . . .

Splintering plastoid groaned upon impact, followed by a sickening squelch that made a shiver travel up his spine. When the pain finally slammed into him, fiery and all-consuming, it was enough to take his breath away. It fucking hurt. He tried to understand what the hell just happened, but a fresh wave of agony had him dropping to his knees. A hesitant hand hovered over the very tip of the arrow just peeking through the front of his armor.
“Fives-“ he strangled. Oh, that was difficult to do. He was choking; choking on fear, pain, and blood. It was in his throat, coating his tongue. It was everywhere.
