Summary
Just before Alfred Hillinghead was taken away, he told Iris “find Henry Ashe” as if he could help Iris. She had. It hadn’t been easy to get any of the police to listen to her, but eventually, rather longer than Iris had wished to endure, a haggard Henry Ashe had appeared to claim his poor, crippled cousin who had disappeared after being assaulted in the street.
When time reset, Iris found herself collapsed back in Longharvest Lane, naked, crippled, infuriated. But she remembered. This time she asked for Henry Ashe immediately. And that, by itself, changed many, many things.

Summary

He has been accused of the following charges: the murder of Wen Ruohan and his sons, Wen Chao and Wen Xu, forceful invasion of the territory of another sect, and the reprehensible use of demonic cultivation in order to raise fierce corpses to do his bidding. How does the accused plead?”
All eyes in the Fragrance Hall turned to Wei Wuxian, who was standing nonchalantly in the middle of the room, hands bound with qi-suppressing cuffs. He seemed entirely too relaxed.
“You forgot Wen Zhuliu.” He drawled carelessly, slouching and shifting his weight onto one leg in a move that in any other context, many of the ladies present would have called sassy. “I’m pretty sure he’s also dead.”
