Summary
Arvid Linblad keeps making objectively terrible decisions.
Examples include: illegally driving customer cars at 2am, following rumours about underground street races to the Birmingham docks, accepting a job at the Red Bull garage, getting emotionally attached to a Nissan Silvia S15, and developing feelings for Liam Lawson and Isack Hadjar.
In Arvid’s defence, all of those things were heavily encouraged by the people around him.
oOo
Liam Lawson and Isack Hadjar take one look at him standing at the edge of the underground racing circuit and immediately decide he has absolutely no survival instincts; someone should probably keep an eye on him, and Red Bull might as well claim him before another crew does.

He doesn’t know how to be a Shark without Eky, without the mischief and competitive spirit and gigantic heart that maybe, someday and somehow, Collin had wanted to claim a part of.
(Still wants to, if he’s honest with himself, as if that thought doesn’t completely terrify him.)
Or, the one where Eky gets traded and Graffer's a little bit not-chill about the whole thing.

Summary
“What do we have today?” Jorge asks to change the topic, hoping that work will keep him busy enough not to think of relationships and other silly things.
Valentino throws the file of the newest culprit on Jorge’s desk. “A guy who cheated on a boat exam.”
Jorge stares at him in disbelief. “Seriously? What kind of an idiot gets arrested for cheating on a fucking boat exam? Must be a total prick.”
Jorge’s seen his share of pretentious rich assholes, who thought the whole world was at their feet just because they were ready to throw some euros at whoever they needed. Seen it all. But this one, this one sounds like an entirely different kind of an entitled dick.
Valentino gets up from his seat, walking over to Jorge’s desk and opening Daniel Pedrosa’s file.
