The faint purple glow coming off Carla lights up the storage closet that they’ve found themselves in. It’s empty, but it’s cramped. Kojiro is pressed up against Kaoru, chest to chest.

A police patrol at S leads to Kojiro and Kaoru confronting things that they've been tiptoeing around for months.
