Summary
Winter arrives once again to the Halls of Erebor, and a certain hobbit struggles with admitting his sturdy hobbit feet are cold on the marble floors.
Always attentive to the hobbit’s needs, as to any of his subjects’, like a good king should, Thorin Oakenshield comes to the rescue with a gift that is very appropriate and doesn’t have any further intentions than making his friend feel as comfortable and welcome as possible in Erebor.
A silly one-shot exploring the cracky premise of what kind of footwear would a hobbit agree to use.

Summary
After the Battle of Five Armies, Bilbo is imprisoned for his betrayal of dwarves. Convinced his dwarves have not forgiven him, Bilbo escaped back to the Shire and accepts that his adventure came to an end. The company, unaware of his arrest, eventually must accept that their burglar must have perished in the battle. A recreated mournful journey back to the Shire forces everyone to confront the past.
