The look of irritation on his face was enough to have the other nobles and knights give him a wide berth as he stalked through Summerhall towards the safety of his study, closing and locking the door behind him.
This whole thing had been a mess, the logistics of organizing a tourney were a pain on their own, but trying to train a knight at the same time, while also worrying about the life of said night had taken more years off Maekar’s life than he cared to think about.
