He was clumsy with the pair of children's chopsticks — ones that came from an Endeavor-themed bento set to encourage him further (Yokumiru got an unlimited credit card to use for spending associated with Keigo's upbringing, and he wasn't about to underutilize it) — but he was learning at a relatively fast pace.
That could be said about almost every area of his education. His handwriting was wobbly but he did his exercises without complaint, seemingly soothed by the repetitiveness of the hiragana and the simple kanji he had recently gotten started on. His fashion sense might have been atrocious, but he was starting to develop one. He exceeded all expectations when it came to flying.
The only issue, so to speak, was his speech. Or rather, lack of thereof.

“Shinsou, you. will. never. brainwash me again. Never,” Aizawa said in a deep voice, enunciating each and every word firmly. “If you do, it won’t be without consequences. Am I understood?” Aizawa asked, feeling unbearably sick of himself—sick of how he was making a kid tremble.
“Yes. Yes, sir,” Shinsou said without hesitation, nodding eagerly, as though he feared the opportunity might slip away if he didn’t take it quickly.
Aizawa took a deep breath and exhaled slowly. “I'll take your word for that. But this is the last time I’m so forgiving. There won’t be a next.”
