When the world was altered by an unknown phenomenon, a streak of bright lights colored the sky with a blaze of colors. It has been named the "Star Stream" due to the multitude of colorful lights that flow through the sky like a stream of water.
The phenomenon had caused monsters to form out of thin air and wreak havoc on Seoul. But with the rise of monsters, came a rise of powerful individuals with special powers to take them down.
Kim Dokja, a normal everyday salaryman, is one of these people. Though he has no interest in saving the world. No, his intentions are selfish.

Tommy stared at her, and a smile of disbelief spread across his face. He had been very interested until she mentioned him doing magic. He stifled back a snort. Oh, so now the caretakers were playing a joke on him. This woman cannot be serious.
“This is…a joke, right?” He gave a small chuckle, but seeing her serious expression he could not help but laugh louder. “Magic? Magic isn’t real!”
“Oh Mr Simons, magic is very real,” she answered, like the remark didn’t faze her. “You are a wizard.”
