Summary
When Harry became the Master of Death, he had no idea what series of events he would put into motion.
After one too many drinks at a Ministry ball celebrating the anniversary of the last war, he makes an ill-advised trip down to the Department of Mysteries. There, his actions leave him stranded in a strange new world and falling into the arms of a radical cult determined to see him lead them on some holy war against a broken sky.
Harry's had years to come to terms with being a hero, but being hailed as an avatar of a god? That's way out of his realm of expertise.
Now he has to convince everyone they got the wrong guy.

Summary
While attempting to escape the Department of Mysteries after discovering that the whole thing was a trap, Harry gets caught in an explosion involving a Portkey. Coming to, he discovers that he’s nowhere he recognizes and has been separated from his friends with nothing but the clothes on his back.
His rotten luck takes a turn when he runs into a family also on the run, and they gladly take him in while he does his best to navigate this strange new world. However, time doesn’t seem to be on his side as Harry and his new friends get caught up in the chaos that is Kirkwall’s seedy political machinations.
Running from Templars and rescuing mages, there isn’t much free time to find a way back home. But Harry has never been good at ignoring the suffering of others, even when it would benefit him to keep his head down.
(Edit: 12/23/25) The first chapter has gotten a little makeover since a few parts have bothered me from the beginning at how rushed it felt, so I fixed them.

Summary
Harry Potter was barely sixteen and he already defeated one Dark Lord as a baby only for the monster to come back years later to try and once again kill him.
Now trapped in a new world much different from his own, he has some new definitions of what it means to be a monster. His own morals get tested as he tries to survive this dangerous place and its even more dangerous citizens. He could just keep his head down and concentrate on getting himself back home, but when has Harry ever been able to ignore injustice when it's shoved in his face?
