Izuku Midoriya was born with a quirk.
Ever since he opened his eyes, he could see and hear the dead.
The dead, the supernatural, the gods people abandoned. They walk the streets just as you and I do, bumping into nobody.
Nobody but Izuku.
They speak. He listens. He helps the best he can, learning dead languages humans were never meant to speak and seeing things humans were never meant to see. Kacchan helps Izuku help the spirits.

Summary
Moeka Mahou, a Slytherin finishing her fifth year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, is launched through a portal in the Space Chamber after managing to push Ron out of the way of a Death Eater's Banishing Charm during the Battle of the Department of Mysteries.
The portal transports Moeka into the midst of another battle (USJ Incident) and she soon discovers that she's in a confusing, new world of heroes, villains, and innate powers called Quirks.
With everything familiar to Moeka now gone, having no way home, and receiving an extended invite from a chimera principal to enroll in a hero academy, she gives herself a new purpose to become the best hero she can be with her one-of-a-kind ability: Magic (or its Quirk name: Mana).
Of course, she will have to keep her power a secret along with her origins, but that shouldn't be too difficult considering what she's been through at Hogwarts.
