Summary
Link hadn’t expected this cycle to be different—but it is.
The Demon King he knows is gone. In his place stands a younger king—curious, compassionate, and utterly untouched by malice. Worse still, the immortal demon Link was created to destroy is nowhere to be found.
With no enemy to hunt and only whispers of conflict brewing between Hyrule and Gerudo, Link is left with a purpose he no longer understands. A weapon without a target is useless, after all.
Forced into an uneasy alliance, Link expects betrayal. Instead, he finds something far more unsettling: kindness.
Ganondorf treats him as something more than the war machine he was built to be. Something Link cannot accept, and doesn’t know how to survive.
Because if Ganondorf ever learns the truth—what Link really is beyond the Prototype he wears—there will be no kindness left to give.
Link has endured nine cycles of war after he first defeated Demise. This is his tenth. And for the first time, he doesn’t know what he’s supposed to do.

Summary
Link was never meant to live a normal life.
Born an Omega in a world that sees his kind as a curse, he was given two choices: submit—or become something no one could ever control. He chose the latter—trading one pair of shackles for another.
Reforged by the Zonai into a half-clone, half-machine weapon, Link becomes the Prototype—a soldier built to fight a war that will never truly end.
But even as his body is stripped down and rebuilt for battle, one question lingers beneath the steel:

Summary
Hyrule is devastated after the Calamity. All five Champions died and the princess sacrificed her life to seal Ganon away.
But that was a hundred years ago.
Now, Hyrule is covered in trees, a massive forest grew after all five races split away from one another in hatred and spite. Gerudos blocked off the canyon entrance. Gorons only allow licensed traders into their territory. Ritos shoot down anyone who comes into their territory. Hylians have locked their people away in the Castle City and have guards kill anyone who goes near Central Hyrule. Zoras have lost their monarchy, turning into feral beasts that kill and feed on flesh. And Sheikahs, well, everyone believes that they abandoned the country all together.
Yet somehow, Link doesn't remember hearing about any of it.
The blonde Hylian woke up in a strange place with no memory of anything. Even after traveling for a while, he still has no answers to anything about his past or who he is.
But he hopes to find his answers with the help of a killer red Zora. Who doesn't kill him, by the way, but instead decides to help him.

Summary
The Calamity is gone and the people of Hyrule now look forward to a better future. Although everyone praises the Hylian Champion for his victory of defeating the beast, Ganon left behind something that reminds Link that he is still only a mortal.
The Malice Infection is not something to take lightly, even if you think you can take it on. But does Link isn't the type to sit in bed and drink soup when sick. Especially when the Yiga Clan is plotting revenge after their god was defeated.
Whether he will die or not, Link already made a vow to destroy the clan of thieves and free Hyrule from its wars so that the people can finally find peace without any worry from Ganon or his minions.(This is the rebooted version! The story has changed and has been edited drastically.)

"No running away this time." Ganondorf drawled, leaning his head closer to the boy.
Link swallowed, throat tight, summoning the courage to say something—anything—in reply. But words were failing him; he thought for sure his heart would leap out of his chest.
"I wondered how long it would take before I saw you again," Ganondorf continued in a low voice, daring to gently cup the boy's jaw—forcing the prince to look up at him. "You look different without the costume."
Link let out a shaky breath, the mist of it hanging briefly in the air between them. He thought he saw a flash of amusement cross those golden eyes, but maybe he imagined it.
"I never meant to deceive you," Link finally whispered, his eyes wide and pleading.
"And yet, here you are," Ganondorf breathed, still holding his face. "A prince."
Rated M for language, smut (explicit), and BL.

Summary
A century after the defeat of the Demon King, the first male is born to the gerudo in recorded history. Fearing the worst but unwilling to slay a newborn, the gerudo dedicate the babe to the nearby Sheikan monastery, where he is raised in the ways of peace, mmindfulness, and discipline.
Twenty-five years later, Ganondorf finds himself frequently visited by visions of a domestic life lived with a gorgeous hylian man, and despite his extensive training, is unable to banish the tempting not-dreams. With the blessings of his sheikah elders, he sets off on a pilgrimage of discovery, searching for the source of these visions and the mysterious blue-eyed beauty that looks upon him as no one else does: with love.

Summary
In a city inundated with smog and the homogenous sludge of Hyrulean society, Ganon exists day by day in his apothecary. He brews and sells potions, drinks wine, and shrugs off any attempt to penetrate the gloom he has cast about himself. His self-prescribed suppressants keep him docile and apathetic, any urges of lust or violence smothered for the good of all.
And yet, every morning, he opens his shop window for a brief visit from a bright and beautiful hylian boy who brings him fresh ingredients in exchange for medicine and a little money. Ganon knows it isn't the type of indulgence he should allow himself, but he can't bring himself to chase away this one ray of sunshine in his self-imposed darkness.
