Summary
Dean was born and raised in District 12. He spent his days illegally hunting under Bobby's, a Hunger Games Victor, watchful eye, taking care of Sammy, and helping Ellen down at the Roadhouse. At 18, this is the last time he will have to enter the reaping before he is condemned to a life of working in the mines. With it being a Quarter Quell this year and twice the number of tributes reaped, Dean's chances are feeling worse than usual. But when his worst nightmare happens and Sammy's name is called, Dean does what he always does: protects his brother.

Summary
Because Dean will always be more to Sam than just his big brother.
The one where I can't function until I write about Sam being away at Stanford and him trying to explain his family to his college friends.

Summary
15 Years after Sam left hunting for Stanford, he's content with his life. He has his wife, Jess, a successful career, and two twin boys named after the only good people he knew from his life before, Dean and Bobby.
He could say he was happy, he'd hardly even thought of hunting in a long time.
That is, until a man shows up next to their house, so clearly not human and with a grave marker, a wooden cross, planted in the ground by his side. He's heavy with the weight of mourning, stifling the air around him, and Sam can't help but be a little curious.

Summary
Sam exhaled to steady himself again. He did some mental calculations. “Okay. I need details. Where’d she shoot him, outside the cabin? Where’d the bullet hit? Head, body? When did it happen, exactly? I need to know everything.”
That nervous look fell from Tucker’s face again, this time disbelief sat in its place. “Sam…what the fuck are you talking about?”
Sam wanted to slap him, to wake Tucker up. John would have. Instead Sam charged forward and closed the three feet of distance between them, loudly clapping his hands right in front of Tucker’s face. “Hey!” he punctuated the clap with a shout. “Focus for a second and walk me through exactly what happened.”
OR
Sam is looking forward to spring break. Hiking, camping, relaxing with Jess and his friends sounds perfect. Until one of his friends has an accident, and comes to Sam looking for help. Maybe some of John Winchester's lessons could do some good after all...
