"Okay, so let's recap," Lance says. He's scrubbing a hand through his hair again, distracted, and it's sticking up worse and worse. It's really not helping Keith not feel things. "We got wasted in front of a bunch of people we don't know, who we're supposed to be impressing because we're literally the Defenders of the Universe."
"Yeah," Keith says, wincing.
"We made out with each other in front of everyone, in front of Hunk and Pidge."
"Yeah…"
"We somehow ended up under the table, still macking, and then Shiro found us."
"Yeah….."

June 2018. Shane Hollander and Ilya Rozanov are about to execute the first step of their ten-year plan, with Ilya signing with the Ottawa Centaurs when free agency begins on July 1.
Except Shane accidentally, drunkenly, outs himself to the Montreal Metros at the end of the season. Who are not as okay with it as Shane would have hoped.
AKA the most eventful Canada Day that the MLH has ever seen.

Summary
“I already told you, I don’t have hypothermia,” Lance says. “I’m okay. I’m just really, really cold.”
Keith raises an eyebrow. “What do you think hypothermia is?”
“Oh, don’t get all technical. I—”
His body betrays him by breaking out into another fit of shivers, so violent they leave him dizzy, his vision dark at the edges.
It knocks most of the fight out of him, and he sits there for a moment, feeling miserable and pathetic.
“Look,” Keith says, his voice low and infuriatingly kind, “you can drop the act. I know you. I can tell when you’re not okay.”
Lance stares at him, feeling exposed and cut to the bone.
“I could get better on my own,” he says.
“You won’t,” Keith tells him bluntly. “Not unless you let me help you.”

Getting stranded in a cave during a blizzard is bad. Having to rely on Keith Kogane for warmth is… complicated. Lance survives the night. Figuring out what it meant is another story.
