Summary
Aemond found it abhorrent enough that he had to marry his brother after the war, a situation made even more distasteful when Aegon, heedless of counsel, took Jace as a second husband in the name of "peace" for the realm.
He anticipated for Aegon to discard him; for Jace to undermine his authority and influence. He welcomed them both, being ignored by one was a blessing and challenged by the other a thrill.
