Chrissy Cunningham, queen of Hawkins High herself, was in no way a possible friend to him. They lived in different worlds, as the looming two story houses sternly reminded him. Not only that, but she was also somehow romantically involved with the biggest douchebag he had ever had the displeasure of being harassed by. How someone as sweet as her would be charmed by that, he would never know. Hell, even if Jason Carver was admittedly a cute guy, his personality was reminiscent of a burning tire dump.
Eddie offered her a wave as she departed from the van, taking a moment to press his forehead to the wheel and take a deep breath. Back to reality
