Summary
In the not so distant future, the servers to a once popular otome game begin to shutter due to waning interest, convoluted storylines, questionable business decisions and most of all, declining sales (it’s always the sales).
On the official day of servers going dark, an incident occurs at the Large Hadron Collider in Switzerland.
However you are unaware of this happening as your groom has gone MIA on your wedding day.
Somehow, all of this is related.
(7/5/26: Please note this was initially posted around April 2026 after hearing about the server situation related to LaDS progenitor, Mr. Love Queen with no idea of how this premise would take on a whole new meaning and direction in light of recent events...but like all of you, I'm holding on to hope here.)
