Ok, deep breaths Shadow. It's just Joy, she won't judge or probably even care! Sneve didn't! It'll be ok.
Shadow takes a shaky breath and with a hesitant step forward, he knocks on Joy's door. He normally hates asking people for things and tries to avoid doing so at all costs, but in this situation, he doesn't really have a choice. He and Grady have been dating for almost a year now and with their anniversary coming up in two months, he wants to do something special for Grady. Luckily, he already has a specific idea in mind. One that he knows Grady will greatly enjoy, but this idea has the downside that only Joy can help him with it. So here he is waiting anxiously at her door for what feels like forever, but has probably only been a few seconds.
…Maybe she's not home, she may not even be able to create something like this… That's ok! It's ok, I'll figure something else out.
Shadow nods slightly to himself, already starting to come up with other ideas as he starts to walk away from Joy's house.

Summary
After a long recording session leaves everyone else exhausted, Wemmbu and Flame end up doing what they do best—staying in a private call long after everyone else has gone to bed. The Discord call somehow turned into a four-hour conversation, an impromptu watch party, and one very stubborn argument over whether either of them was actually tired. But by four in the morning, Flame falls asleep at his desk without warning.
Unsure how long he'll stay asleep like that, Wemmbu quietly reaches out to Flame's family for help instead of waking him himself.

Summary
Set a little bit after the tournament. Someway, somehow, FlameFrags' body confuses Wemmbu for his mate. They are nowhere near this kind of relationship, seeing as Wemmbu is still quite bitter about losing, and FlameFrags doesn't dare to admit his feelings for the Endling. Thanks to his body's last-ditch effort to attract his 'mate,' FlameFrags is sent into an extreme rut where only said person can help him out.
Wemmbu comes searching for him, ready with his quips and sharp words, only to find FlameFrags in a position he just can't leave him in. The consequences of his actions, little does FlameFrags know, there was a reason...Boundary Breaking, this fic is adequately tagged, so you were looking for this!
