Summary
An android from 40 years in the future washes up on the Bankside shore. Greg, for God knows what reason, lets Sherlock have at it. Couple hours later, he and John return to Baker Street with it in tow.
Mycroft has yet to resolve his very important business abroad and John, well, he has a 9-to-5 job and a toddler, so it becomes mostly Sherlock who gets to teach the detective robot how to act human in public.
Since the Holmes brothers have finally agreed on one thing in their entire lives, John has to write in a physical, leather-bound journal—preferably in code, but that'd be a bother—about it.

Then, as if the universe decided to throw him a bone, or perhaps just a very pointed "I told you so,” his phone buzzed in his pocket.
Midoriya was calling.
Shouta swiped the screen with a practiced, aggressive flick. He whipped around, turning his back to the students and stepping away from the class so they wouldn’t be able to hear what was being said.
“Hey, Sensei,” the teen’s voice came through, sounding entirely too casual for someone who was currently a missing person.
“Midoriya. Where are you? You should have been back by now.”
There was a pause, one that was a little too long for comfort, “Heh, uh, about that—I think I might, uh, be a little late back for movie night.”
Shouta’s eyes fixed on a point on the wall as he dragged out each word, his patience hanging by a very, very thin thread. “What happened?”
“The store’s being robbed—what? You’re, uh, kreech, krr, breaking up, kreech... what? Ah—oh, gosh, sorry—okay, talk to you later, bye!”
And then the line went dead.

“Hey, fire guy!” someone called.
Shit, was he actually on fire? Chad checked his shoulders and forearms. There were wisps of smoke but no fire. He hadn’t done anything wrong. A deep scowl formed, and Chad turned to direct it at whoever called.
It was a hero who looked vaguely familiar, running towards him. He wore a dark blue suit with yellow stripes and a yellow ‘M’ on white armour.
“You’re a hero, right?” he called as he continued to close the distance. He was almost at Chad now.
“Uh,” started Chad.
“I need your help, let’s go!” the hero’s tone was confident and authoritative as he ran right past Chad, waving for him to follow.

On early Saturday mornings, it’s best to let sleeping cats lie. Too bad there was a typo on the due date of Class 1-A’s essays.
His students don’t seem to realise it’s a mistake. His students seem determined to sneak their essays onto his desk. They’re collaborating. They’re utilising the skills they’ve been taught. To them, the stakes are real. They don’t know they’re not breaking any rules. They don’t know Shouta is already awake.
It’s a perfect way to assess their progress in a way he simply can’t replicate in a classroom. A logical ruse in the making.
Well. Plus Ultra, right?
