Harvey smirked, his even gaze grazing over the vigilante's muscled body, leather gripping each inch of Hood’s hips, and the enticing bulge between them emphasised by the way the ropes around the tops of his thighs held him neatly in place.
“You’re hardly in a position to be making demands,” Harvey growled, his scarred half taking the reins. On the average night, he’d be pulling this sort of shit to keep Batman’s eyes off of the real shady shenanigans that were going down, but this punishment was overdue.
Tonight he’d give the Red Hood his full attention.

Summary
