Summary
Maglor lives alone, nameless, on Valinor's icy northern shores, until he finds an injured elf wandering the surf, whom he takes in. The recently re-embodied Maeglin is incredibly grateful to his rescuer and takes it upon himself to bully him into some semblance of functionality, with mixed results. Both probably need therapy.
Now features: Labor unions, Elrond manipulating the ever-loving shit out of Glorfindel, and shinies. Future plans: Erestor riding to war against Pengolodh with pen in hand, and Melian showing up unannounced with a plate of cookies to grandmother everyone involved.

Summary
"And Maeglin stood by and said nothing; but at the last Eöl cried out: 'So you forsake your father and his kin, ill-gotten son! Here shall you fail of all your hopes, and here may you yet die the same death as I, or else follow the path of your mother and perish for the sake of an accursed child.'"
Eöl's curse is different, Maeglin's crush on Idril is awkward but short-lived, and both of them find true love with Tuor. But one day Maeglin disappears, and despite the desperate searching of all those who love him, he is never seen again.
Years later, Tuor and Idril discover Maeglin living in Valinor raising a small child.
