Soundwave has harbored resentment towards Megatron ever since he decided to leave the Decepticons to join the Autobots in search of redemption. But his resentment isn't limited to Megatron; it extends to Optimus Prime and his three children.
And with the prospect of Optimus Prime's fourth Sparkling, Soundwave's resentment has only intensified. All his fury is now directed at the Autobot leader, to the point where he wants to kidnap his son, without considering the trouble this will cause Megatron. -

Summary
Bumblebee was trained to withstand every interrogation tactic the Cons could think up. He was POW trained and could survive under pressure. The Autobots depended on him. But then Bumblebee’s guard let some information slip that he probably wasn’t supposed to. His mission to make sure that his information stayed exactly that—his—was compromised.
Shockwave was coming. In an orbital cycle, the mad scientist of the Decepticons would arrive to administer a cortical psychic patch to Bee and there was nothing he could do to stop him from stealing every single thing he knew about the Autobot cause.
The Autobots couldn’t depend on him now.

Ratchet woke up five kliks ago and already has a helmache. Bumblebee was bad enough, but Jazz was bringing two more younglings to the Orion - and he was bringing Wheeljack. At least First Aid seemed to somewhat know what he was doing.
He is not explaining why Optimus now has five more crew members. Bumblebee can take the blame for it.

Summary
The Orion was badly damaged when crashing into Earth after the Decepticons attacked.
Bumblebee's stasis pod is damaged in the crash and opens early, dumping him out into a crashed ship on an alien planet underwater with the remaining Decepticons gunning for him, and the other Autobots.
...Bumblebee really wishes that Optimus had been the one to wake up.
