Summary
When Harry walks into his first DADA lesson of 3rd year, he isn't prepared for a random teenager to stumble out from somewhere instead of a boggart. Much less a 17-year-old that is, for some reason, drenched in water.
Things only get more confusing when the only one to recognise the boy is his teacher, who stares at him as if he's seen a ghost.OR
During Harry's 3rd year DADA lesson, when it's his turn to face his fears, one very drenched and confused Regulus Black appears after an explosion. Things only get more complicated when he recognises no one, except for an older-looking Remus Lupin and an almost-replica of his ex-boyfriend.

Summary
"Rozanov?" he says, almost without meaning to. Surely he's mistaken and is about to be told to fuck off. Or, even more alarmingly, he is correct, and then he is certain to be told to fuck off, and possibly punched in the face. The man shifts, eyes drifting from his drink up to Scott and— well, there's no denying it. The captain of the Boston Raiders is drunk in Scott's neighborhood dive bar.
"Fuck," the response is slow, the delayed reaction of molasses spilling out of a jar carelessly knocked over on the kitchen counter. "I must have overdone it. I have summoned the Ghost of Hockey Past."
Scott could just leave. He could turn on a heel, and leave this drunk asshole to discover on his own what consequences are.
Because he's stupid, though, because he's nothing if not a responsible captain even when the drunken idiot in question isn't even one of his own teammates, and yes, because a small part of him can't help but love a good train wreck when he sees one, he sits down instead.
__
Or, Scott Hunter runs into Ilya Rozanov sometime around midnight after a game, and the two saddest, loneliest, most closeted hockey players in New York end up sharing more than they mean to.Bookmarked by whos_creativity

Summary
The nobles snort, laughing mockingly at the words and Lance knows it’s not the first time Kolivan has gotten this treatment.
Keith, however –
“We just saved you. We –“
“Voltron saved us.” The noble snarls in Keith’s face, “Just because you look like another race, familiar to the Paladins’, does not make you any different. We can see your – ugh, Galra genes.”
They are almost a slap in Keith’s face because the teen looks stricken, mouth open in shock and Lance's blood boils.
[That one where BOM joins Voltron into freeing a planet from the Galra but not every citizen is grateful of having Galra Rebels in their planet. Lance's protective instincs kick in when they aim at Keith.]

Summary
“So we’re just supposed to fight you?”
“Yes, essentially.”
“Until when? Until one of us passes out?”
“I’m not going to knock you out, Lance. Promise.”
“What if I knock you out?”
Shiro laughs — not necessarily mocking, or mean, but Hunk watches as something steely flashes in Lance’s dark eyes as everyone else chuckles.
He hides a smile in his hands.
Hoo, boy. This is gonna be good.
“Sure, Lance,” Shiro says, grinning. “We’ll fight until I pass out. You ready?”
---
OR: When trying to assess where his team is in terms of hand-to-hand, Shiro makes a vital mistake: he underestimates their Blue Paladin. Lance has no problem capitalising on that.Bookmarked by whos_creativity
