Summary
Severus Snape has traded what might be one of his last peaceful summers for a tumultuous few months housing the Boy Who Lived after Hogwarts' student registry notified him of a potential abuse case at Number Four Privet Drive. Sirius skimmed the list of the names on the dance card Regulus gave him. The last thing Sirius wanted to do for his birthday was attend a ball with a bunch of stuck-up pureblood pricks, but Regulus insisted. He needed to find an Omega and the clock was ticking. At least some of the names on the card weren't too awful —

Sirius' brain screeched to a halt. Why the hell was Snape's name on his dance card? He was going to kill Regulus and Narcissa and anyone else who was involved in this rubbish.
